Refund & Cancellation Policy

Website Design & App Development

Payments for custom design and development projects are made to us in increments as a courtesy to the client. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project is canceled or postponed, all monies paid are retained by HP Infomedia and, if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.

We provide an extensive portfolio for you to view before hiring us so you can see the quality level of our work. If you have any questions or reservations, please contact us prior to making a payment.

Website Maintenance

When adding new text and/or content to a page, the client is responsible for providing all text (in digital format) and images/photos. Unused hours do not roll over to subsequent months, and no refunds are provided for unused hours.

There are absolutely no refunds for any fees related to website maintenance services. An administrative fee of 3% of the due amount will be charged for any late payments or declined credit card charges. You may cancel and renew at any time via your account page. HP Infomedia may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.

Web Design & Script Customisation

If an initial deposit is requested and paid, no refund will be given if the customer backs out, unless work has not yet started. Once the work has been completed according to the agreed schedule, the remaining balance will be due. Due to constant communication during the design process, no refunds are issued for completed work.

Script Installation

If the requested script has been successfully installed, no refund will be issued in the event of the customer changing their mind.

Domain Registration/Renewal Refunds Policy

As per registrar policy, all domain registrations and renewals are final. No refunds are given on successful domain registrations or renewals.

Web Hosting Refunds Policy

Customers may cancel their account at any time. Cancellations submitted within the first 10 days of account activation will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable add-ons. This is our 10-day money back guarantee.

Cancellations of monthly plans outside the first 10 days will not receive a refund. Yearly plans may receive a pro-rated refund for any remaining full months, at our discretion.

HP Infomedia reserves the right to cancel the service at any time. In such cases, customers will receive a pro-rata refund based on the remaining period. However, if a customer violates our terms of service, no refund will be issued.

By signing up for our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
